Also natural glowing skin & reduction in digestive problems. 1) Stretching exercises 2)Surya Namaskar 3) traditional yoga 4) power yoga 5) iyengar yoga 6) Pranayam 7) Meditation Based on need of students 3 types of training of program:- 1) 3 classes per week at your home (1hr /day) (3 working days +Weekends) in morning. 2) 2 days on weekends only at your home. 3) Pranayam & Meditation in evening 3 days a week.
